The Colonial Secretary of Hongkong presents his compliments to the Under Secretary of State for the Colonies, and, with reference to Sir F. H. May's Confidential Despatch of 2nd. November, 1912, submitting the Estimates for 1913, begs to point out that through an unfortunate oversight Ordinance No. 35 of 1912 was enclosed there with instead of No. 38 of 1912 of which 2 copies are now forwarded herewith in substitution.

He further requests that of the 2 copies of No. 35 of 1912 one may be returned to Hongkong and the other retained at the Colonial Office for the Despatch submitting that Ordinance.
